GlobalLegal is one of the few law firms operating in real estate sector over many years. It provides active legal service in the whole country, primarily in Istanbul. Due to its long term service experience in the sector, it has collaborations with real estate owners, investors and project developers.

GlobalLegal provided legal support to a real estate investment and development group; and Austrian German and Romanian joint venture in its whole operation in Turkey between 2007-2012. In this respect, due diligence, reporting and title deed transfer transactions were executed in 80 cities. GlobalLegal also provided legal consultancy and support in the sale of referred real estates.
